Important to note: We currently ship within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. For international enquiries including Republic of Ireland, please contact us at hello@vegandpepper.co.uk before placing your order so we can confirm availability, shipping costs and timescales


Dispatch & Delivery

We offer two product types, each with their own dispatch and delivery timescales.

Functional Food Powders & Blends We aim to dispatch all Functional Powders, Dried Wholefoods and Blend orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3–5 working days.
Orders placed before 1pm will be processed the same working day. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.

Cold-Pressed Juices & Cleanses Due to the fresh, made-to-order nature of our cold-pressed juices and bundle packages, please allow 4 working days for dispatch. Delivery is expected within 5–7 working days from the date of your order.
All juices are pressed fresh, frozen immediately to preserve nutrients, and sent via next-day chilled delivery to ensure quality on arrival.
Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched

DPD delivery requirements for Juices & Cleanses
Please note: Cold-pressed juice orders are delivered via DPD next-day chilled service.
Someone must be available to accept delivery as these are perishable items and cannot be left unattended. DPD will provide a one-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery via text or email, but we cannot guarantee a specific time slot.
If delivery is missed, please contact DPD directly to arrange redelivery promptly as we cannot accept responsibility for spoiled goods resulting from a missed delivery

Returns – Functional Foods, Dried Wholefoods & Blends

We hope you love your order, but if you need to return it, here’s how it works.

You have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@vegandpepper.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with our return address.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. If we find that goods have been opened or used, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value

Returns – Cold-Pressed Juices & Cleanses

Cold-pressed juices are fresh, perishable food products made to order. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015, the right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods. As such, we are unable to accept returns on juice orders.

If your juice order arrives damaged, in poor condition, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@vegandpepper.co.uk with your order number and photos.
We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If any item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
